I moved down here from Philadelphia and absolutely love real estate. I was a realtor for a short while on the side in Pennsylvania - I have experience from every single angle the real estate market can produce! I worked in a big bank and helped them incorporate the Closing Disclosure form when the CFPB forced a switch from the HUD-1 in 2015. I also have practice experience in foreclosure and commercial litigation.
