Varsha made me feel like I was her only client

Simply put, Varsha is an outstanding immigration attorney. Not only is she extremely experienced, very professional and thorough, she is also very committed and goes the extra mile to help and guide you through out the process. That is the reason I hired her not just once but twice. I did not stop th...ere. I referred two of my friends to get this top-notch legal service. They were both happy to be represented by Varsha and their cases are now closed favorably. Their feedback has been nothing short of excellent. Varsha assisted me during my asylum proceeding at the Baltimore court. She studied my case in depth and brought forward potential concerns and ensured that we address them proactively. She worked very professionally by letting me know all the steps we needed to follow without being fed up with the tons of question I was asking. She is very timely in response and promptly meets commitments. When it comes to communication, she kept me posted of all the developments and I never had to make follow ups. She was always informed and on top of her game. She made me feel like I was her only client. :) The second time I hired Varsha was to help me respond to RFE from USCIS for my green card application. She investigated the request thoroughly and made sure we address everything. After following her advice, guidance and recommendation, I am now a lawful permanent resident. Big thanks to Varsha. I very strongly and enthusiastically recommend Varsha. She is without question a superb immigration attorney.

Varsha – I am ever so grateful to you, thank you so much!

Basically, I don’t have enough words to thank Varsha, my dearest attorney, who assisted me in getting my asylum approved in the U.S. She is such a special kind of a lawyer that makes the lawyer-client services to basically a human centered, effective, compassionate but professional relationship at al...l stages of the asylum process. As I went down the road with my case, I felt deep inside as if I’m dealing with a family member rather than a lawyer. I would tell her everything honestly and plainly and she will present it in a way it should be well representing my case for a successful end. Among the many best qualities, I am always grateful about the level of ease and fast communication that we had. I would call, text and email her, when I would be stressed-out knowing that she is there for me; and I would get a reply – that was guaranteed. As my wife was leaving in a foreign country with my son and the stress of distant relationship and longing started to accumulate, it became so unbearable for me, however, Varsha with outmost compassion and sympathy made a meaningful effort to expedite my case. Still, long after winning my case, if I have any question, concern, doubt or need clarification regarding my status and other paper works, Varsha is the first person I would officially approach for professional guide. I know she is always there for me. Kayi & Wilkes PLLC is by far the best choice one can make in presenting asylum cases to the USCIS office. They are really knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful coming to USCIS cases. As long as one is eligible for asylum, this office will give undivided attention and detailed approach in making sure the case gets its finest shape in presenting/submitting it and finally getting a timely/speedy approval. I’m a living witness. Varsha – I am ever so grateful to you, thank you so much! --- MBA

They are great!

I hired them when I was applying for my asylum three years ago. Varsha was working for me. She was very knowledgeable for what she was doing, time oriented and took my case very seriously. With the help of her, I have granted my asylum, and my family and I live in USA without any fear. I feel like sh...e is my family since she was next to me at the time I was depressed and felt like I am help less. Thanks Varsha,
