Wagner E. Dantas

Wagner Dantas is a trial attorney with several years of experience handling criminal and civil cases.  He has successfully represented clients in a variety of cases such as homicides, trafficking and conspiracy drug cases, organize crime and serious sex abuse cases. Mr. Dantas also represents individuals charge with DUI, DWI, OWI and other traffic violations.  Mr. Dantas focuses his practice on criminal defense and civil litigation in the state and federal courts of Maryland and the District of Columbia.

Mr. Dantas has worked as a public defender in Georgia, managing both a high volume of misdemeanor including serious DUI and DWI and serious felony cases. While working in Atlanta, Georgia at the Fulton County Public Defender, Mr. Dantas represented juveniles and adults, including undocumented immigrants, accused of serious felony offenses. He rose to become a supervising attorney while working on felony cases.
