Pamela Anne Adornato Disney

PAMELA DISNEY is an associate in Outten & Golden’s Washington, D.C. office and is a member of the firm’s Class Action Practice Group. Ms. Disney represents employees in a wide range of class action discrimination cases and wage and hour collective actions. Her practice includes cases challenging gender-based discrimination in the tech industry, the prosecution of wage theft claims on behalf of workers required to work off the clock, and litigation to enforce veterans’ and reservists’ rights under the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA).

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Disney was a Fellow with the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, where she litigated employment discrimination and voting rights cases. She received her B.A., cum laude, from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas, and her J.D., cum laude, from American University Washington College of Law, where she was a Public Interest/Public Service Scholar. During law school, Ms. Disney interned at the U.S. Supreme Court, the Office of the Solicitor General in the Department of Justice, the Legal Aid Society of D.C., and Whitman-Walker Health. As a Student Attorney with D.C. Law Students in Court, she also represented tenants at risk of eviction.
