Michael Edward Brand

Michael E. Brand is the Managing Member of the Firm.  He has more than thirty years of experience in all areas of law in which the firm specializes.  He is a highly-regarded real estate and contract litigator in the local and Federal Courts in the District of Columbia and Maryland.  He has tried numerous jury and bench trials in the DC Superior Court and has argued multiple appellate matters.  Mr. Brand represents real estate management companies and landlords, as well as a wide range of commercial entities.  He practices before the local and Federal Courts of the District of Columbia and the DC Circuit, as well as the state and federal courts of Maryland.
