Not to be trusted. Disorganized. Poor communication.

Paid a $2000 retainer and agreed he would act quickly in a estate matter. We did not hear from him as agreed, He went on vacation! We fired him and are reporting him to Bar. He won't return our money. He has been disciplined before by Bar and has been forced to return money. He is twisting things sa...ying he did work he didn’t do and should keep our money. We feel he spent it...and is heading for disbarment eventually. I should have been concerned when his contract said "Don't make repeated calls to our offices" Can you believe that? He has that clause because he has no office staff and won't return calls. Poor follow up. Poor communication. We can't trust what he says. We used him 6 years ago in a long non-time sensitive case. He did OK. Something is wrong now. We just want our money back... We advise you avoid him.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals.
