I retained Musca Law and worked with attorney Joseph Warren, and my experience was extremely disappointing. Although the firm charges a substantial flat fee, the level of service and communication did not reflect the amount paid. I had to make multiple requests for a detailed ledger of the work pe...rformed, and it was not provided in a timely manner. Under the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar, specifically Rule 4-1.5 (Fees and Costs for Legal Services), clients are entitled to information regarding fees and an accounting of services upon request. The lack of transparency in my case raised serious concerns. Additionally, there was a lack of communication and follow-through that made an already stressful situation even more difficult. I made several attempts to resolve these issues, including requesting a partial refund, but my concerns were not adequately addressed. I would not recommend this firm. If you are seeking legal representation, make sure you choose an attorney who communicates clearly, provides transparency, and demonstrates genuine commitment to your case. You deserve someone who will advocate for you as if you were their own family—not someone who appears disengaged.
