After initial contact with this lawyer he met me prior to going into the courtroom to brief me about what to expect. In retrospect I should have had a meeting outlining what may or may not happen. He seemed as unaware I my family about the outcome of the case. He had clearly made it seem nothing t...o really worry about. This attorney really had a lack luster approach to my case. His physical energy appeared without energy. Consultation was not at all like case in court. One needs an aggressive person who does his/her homework when defending a client. Prosecutor did the talking no defense from my attorney. He simply agreed with silence. After court he provided information about appeal that turned out to be far less than accurate. I mean that it was not even possible to accomplish. I did no real homework and I did suffer for not doing so.
