When prosecutor's raided client's business and took all files, they also took a file containing correspondence between client and attorney. Despite Attorney's immediate request to return said documenation, (which was not part of what warrant allowed to be confiscated), prosecutors refused - hence the misconduct that resulted in the dismissal of all charges on our motion.
