My first, 1st, 4th, and 14th Amendment rights were violated by the Delaware State Police. Trooper Nicolas Gallow, Corporal Stephen Douglas, and Master Corporal Raiford Box, violated my constitutional rights, threatened to arrest me on false charges, threatened to impound my vehicle, threatened to con...fiscate my dog, and threatened to seize my son and take him to child protective services. Eventually, they fabricated a false moving violation against me in an attempt to justify their illegal behaviors.
