Really surprised and disappointed by this review. This is a perfect example of how perception and reality can be two different things. This client came to me from another attorney with the very same complaints he has added to this site about me. Regardless of that history, I strive to communicate effectively and promptly with every client as I understand the importance of timely communication, especially in high conflict domestic matters where things are typically emotional and may quickly reach boiling point. While I am sorry the client may have had this perception, I have detailed records of every contact (voice mails, conversations, letters, etc...) that suggest the extent to which I and my staff were responsive to this client's unique needs and expectations (all of which could have been shared if the client reached out). Surprising is the fact that the client never complained to me or my staff and was complimentary of us throughout representation (until this moment) while also never questioning my reasonable charges on his file. I never want a client to perceive that they were disrespected or otherwise treated with less than the high level of dignity and understanding to which every client is entitled. I recommend that any prospective client always make sure to communicate their feelings and perspective on how they are being handled so the attorney may promptly address, and hopefully resolve, any potential issue.
