Gary E Junge

Gary E. Junge is a Delaware attorney who has practiced law since 2015, bringing a well-rounded background and a practical approach to representing clients in a range of legal matters. Raised in a military family, he spent much of his early life moving before ultimately settling in Delaware, where he attended Dover High School. He later served 24 years in the United States Air Force Reserve at Dover Air Force Base. Before entering the legal profession, Mr. Junge worked for Verizon and held a leadership role as a Divisional Vice President with the Communications Workers of America, experience that continues to shape his understanding of workplace and real-world issues.

Mr. Junge earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Wilmington University in 2010 and his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Widener University Delaware Law School in 2015. During law school, he held leadership roles, serving as External Managing Editor of the Widener Law Review and President of the Moot Court Honor Society. He is admitted to practice in Delaware and Pennsylvania, as well as before the United States District Court for the District of Delaware and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

His practice includes employment law, personal injury, civil litigation, and criminal defense. Mr. Junge has represented clients in matters involving workplace discrimination, ADA and FMLA violations, wage disputes, personal injury claims, such as automobile accidents and slip-and-falls, criminal defense cases, including DUI, and contract disputes. He has also served as Deputy City Solicitor for the City of Dover. Known for his steady and client-focused approach, Mr. Junge is committed to providing thoughtful, efficient representation while working toward outcomes that align with his clients’ goals.
