Irresponsible!!! No follow through.

After calling and having an initial consultation with Mitch, I sent the requested documentation that his office asked for. I then inquired as to when they would get back to me. Two weeks went by without a response. I called his office again and talked to their front desk personnel in which they verba...lized that Mitch would call me. This did not happen. I did receive an email from a paralegal in which she was polite and conveyed accessibility via email. Again this was not the case. I emailed this individual three or four times and got ZERO replies. I then called their office again and talked to the woman at the front desk and what she stated was that Mitch would call me. This did not happen. It's been 4 weeks and this office has not returned my phone calls responded to my emails or reached out to consult me on my case. I don't even know how much I'm supposed to pay for the retainer because the office has not communicated such information to me even after signing a retainer. This office is unprofessional and irresponsible. ABSOLUTELY NO FOLLOW-THROUGH!!! This was my experience and is my opinion.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
