Gregory J Flasser

Gregory J. Flasser is an associate at Bayard. Greg concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate bankruptcy and restructuring.

Before joining Bayard, Greg graduated magna cum laude from Widener University Delaware Law School, where he also earned the Business Organizations and Business Advising Law Certificates. While in law school, Greg served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Kent A. Jordan of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and as the Styles Editor of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law. Greg was also the Internal Manager of Widener’s Transactional Law Honor Society. Prior to law school, Greg graduated from Muhlenberg College in 2012 with a B.A. in Business Administration and Political Science.

Greg is a member of the Board of Directors for Abby’s Angel Kisses, a non-profit organization which raises awareness for a rare disease called Large Congenital Melanocytic Nevi (LCMN) and gives back to the local community.
