Richard C. Weinblatt specializes in intellectual property and complex commercial law matters. He has worked on patent litigations and other intellectual property disputes, patent prosecution, trademark prosecution, and various intellectual property-related matters. Mr. Weinblatt gained experience working at Fish & Richardson P.C. and WolfBlock LLP prior to forming Stamoulis & Weinblatt LLC. His technical and legal experience have enabled him to handle a variety of technologies, such as mechanical arts, business methods, video compression, computer hardware, computer software, semiconductor fabrication, electronic arts, chemical arts, consumer products, and food products.

Mr. Weinblatt has experience working with Fortune 100 companies, small and mid-size companies, start-up companies, universities, foreign entities, and individuals. He manages and helps build and protect clients’ intellectual property portfolios. Mr. Weinblatt also advises clients on licensing and litigation strategies. He has written, negotiated, and reviewed technology agreements, including technology transfer agreements, consulting agreements, confidentiality agreements, software license agreements, assignments, consent for registration of a trademark agreements, and others.

Mr. Weinblatt is certified as a mediator by the Delaware Superior Court.
