Michael C. Dalton’s path to becoming a premier Delaware attorney is marked by a deep commitment to his community and a passion for excellence. A Wilmington native, Michael’s early years were shaped by competitive sports at Wilmington Friends School and Dickinson College, where he was recognized for his leadership on and off the football field. Before diving into law, he spent a year teaching in Italy, an experience that broadened his perspective and refined his communication skills. Michael’s legal training at Villanova Law School was nothing short of exceptional; he graduated magna cum laude and served as Articles Editor for the Law Review. After honing his skills as a judicial clerk for Judge Vivian L. Medinilla, he joined Dalton & Associates in 2017. Today, his practice spans medical malpractice and complex corporate litigation, with notable involvements in high-profile cases like KT4 Partners LLC v. Palantir Technologies. His dual recognition in Delaware Today’s Best Lawyers for both medical malpractice and corporate law highlights his versatility and skill.
