I contacted Laura Simon at the recommendation of a friend who had used her services in the past. Before we reached settlement, I thanked Ms. Simon and her team for their constant support, care, and professionalism. I could not have done this without her and I mean that. I sustained a head injury i...n a car accident. I needed someone that could manage things and not rely on me keeping it all together. I couldn't, I was basically a walking vegetable. I don't know how she put up with me, but she did it with the utmost professionalism. She rephrased questions, told me not to worry, informed me what to expect, made sure I wrote things down (as my memory was gone). The most important element though was I didn't have to worry or stress while I worked on recovery. I knew she had it and she kept me informed along the way. I appreciated her thoroughness and organization; and I did my best to keep her informed of what was going with my recovery. In the end, Laura Simon helped me though a difficult ordeal. We won the case (which was very helpful), but I valued the support she provided and the ease of mind I gained as a result. If I had not hired her and just let the whole thing slide because I was in too much pain, I would have regretted it for the rest of my life. I am immensely grateful for the support, compassion, and consideration provided. I really could not have done this without her.
