Connor C. Dalton

Born and raised in Wilmington, Connor Dalton has spent his entire life immersed in the legal field. What began as a summer job running documents for his family’s firm transformed into a lifelong career dedicated to advocacy. After graduating from Marist College in 2013, Connor gained valuable experience clerking in Vermont before returning to Delaware to serve as a paralegal for medical malpractice teams. At Villanova Law, he stood out as one of the few students selected for both the Moot Court and Trial Teams, reaching the finals of a major national civil rights competition. These experiences, coupled with internships under Honorable Gerald McHugh and the Delaware Public Defender, prepared him for the complexities of modern litigation. Now a seasoned attorney, Connor handles sensitive matters involving clerical sex abuse, civil rights, and medical malpractice. He is deeply rooted in the Wilmington community, where he resides with his wife, Elissa, a local physician, and their two children. By blending his rigorous academic training with years of hands-on experience in every level of a law firm, Connor provides his clients with a unique, well-rounded perspective.
