Andrew C. Dalton

Andrew C. Dalton is a seasoned advocate who has spent over a decade fighting for individuals against powerful corporations that prioritize profits over human safety. Since 2012, he has successfully handled complex matters involving medical malpractice, sexual abuse, and product liability, consistently achieving significant results for clients facing life-altering circumstances. Andrew is currently leading the charge for justice for more than 200 survivors of abuse by Dr. Johnnie “Jack” Barto, while also managing extensive litigation for those harmed by toxic chemicals and faulty medical equipment. His background as a former Assistant Deputy Attorney General provides him with a unique perspective in the courtroom, ensuring his clients receive rigorous representation. A Villanova Law alumnus, Andrew is deeply committed to his community, serving as co-chair for the Combined Campaign for Justice to benefit legal aid programs. His dedication has earned him annual accolades from Super Lawyers and Delaware Today for several years running. Andrew holds memberships in the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association and the Philadelphia Bar Association. Residing in Philadelphia’s Queen Village with his wife, son, and their beloved dog, Rex, Andrew remains focused on providing a human touch to the often-daunting process of seeking legal accountability.
