Dennis A Mason II

Recognition: Mr. Mason has received a rating of “Distinguished” through Martindale Hubbell from his peers and the Delaware Judiciary for high professional achievement, legal ability and ethical conduct.

Experience: He has experience litigating on behalf of clients in all of Delaware’s Courts and in front of the Industrial Accident Board for injured workers. Earlier in his career, Mr. Mason represented insurance companies and their insured’s in various personal injury matters, providing a unique perspective on defense strategy and tactics; and now uses that knowledge to the advantage and benefit of his current clients, who find themselves injured by no fault of their own.

Community: Mr. Mason is a native Delawarean who earned his college degree from the University of Delaware and his law degree from the Widener University School of Law. He is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association and Delaware Trial Lawyers Association and also volunteers as a Guardian Ad Litem through the Office of the Child Advocate, representing at risk children in Delaware’s Family Court. He is also active in several community organizations in New Castle and Sussex Counties.
