Biography

Ms. Saville is a director with the law firm of Weiss & Saville, P.A. where her practice is focused on plaintiff's civil litigation in the areas of personal injury and workers compensation. She has also been appointed as a Special Master for complex civil cases in The United States District Court for the District of Delaware. She is a frequent Alternative Dispute Resolution practitioner as both a certified mediator and arbitrator, having handled over 7,500 cases. In recognition of her practice as a mediator, she was inducted as a Fellow in American College of Civil Trial Mediators and as a Member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals.

Ms. Saville has served as President of the Delaware State Bar Association (DSBA) and was a member of the Executive Committee for 9 years. She is a member and previous Chair of DSBA's Workers’ Compensation Section, as well as a member of the Women and the Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Litigation and Small Firms and Solo Practitioners Sections.

Ms. Saville was elected President of the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association twice and has served on the Board of Governors for the last 18 years. She has also been a Communications Co Chair of the Combined Campain for Justice since 2007, appointed as a co-chair of the Delaware Access to Justice Commission and serves on the Judicial Nominating Commission.

Ms. Saville is "AV" Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review rated (highest rating in legal ability and ethical standards) in the areas of Personal Injury, Alternative Dispute Resolution and Workers' Compensation. She is peer recognized as a Delaware Top Lawyer in Delaware Today magazine for Alternative Dispute Resolution and Workers' Compensation, in the Best Lawyers of America for Mediation, and as a Delaware Super Lawyer in Philadelphia Magazine for Alternative Dispute Resolution.
