"I had the distinct good fortune of co-counselling with William Chipman in a major Chapter 11 case filed in the Delaware Bankruptcy Court involving hundreds of millions of dollars. Mr. Chipman was instrumental in helping to reach a settlement that required a very substantial payment to our client. I recommend Mr. Chipman to any party or counsel seeking to retain a high caliber, highly competent attorney who is focused on the best results for his client."
