Siena B Cerra

Siena is a member of the Bankruptcy and Restructuring group at Morris James LLP. She focuses on commercial contract disputes, business restructuring, and insolvency joining Morris James, Siena completed a judicial clerkship with The Honorable William C. Carpenter, Jr. of the Superior Court of Delaware. She received her Juris Doctorate Degree from Widener University Delaware Law School in 2022, where she received the Outstanding Service Award. During law school, she served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Meghan A. Adams of the Superior Court of Delaware and as a Certified Legal Intern for the Veterans Law Clinic at Delaware Law School. Siena was a Moot Court Honors Society member and finished as a finalist in many moot court competitions. Siena additionally served as an active board member of the Student Bar Association. Siena received her B.A. in History from Bloomsburg University in 2019 with a triple minor in Legal Studies, Middle Eastern Studies, and Sociology, which she attended while serving as captain of the women's varsity tennis team.
