I work mostly with chapter 7 and chapter 11 bankruptcies representing debtors. My cases typically relate to restructurings for business and work-outs through chapter 11 bankruptcies and obtaining discharges for individuals through chapter 7 bankruptcies. I also work regularly with clients where individual and business debts needs to be addressed simultaneously.

I regularly represent defendants in responding to confessions of judgment or who's homes are listed for Sheriff's Sale. I also handle civil cases representing both plaintiffs and defendants in pursuing or defending claims. I am well versed in the discovery process and leveraging all available means to achieve favorable settlements.
