OUTCOME: We convinced the prosecutor to cancel arraignment and NCF the charges.

Drinking led to horseplay and then one guest in defendant's home became very aggressive and would not stop beating defendant even when homeowner confronted him with a rifle. The aggressor was shot and ... wounded when he grabbed the rifle and jerked it toward himself.
