Todd Mays was referred to me by another attorney in Berks county. I left several messages and never received a phone call back. My third call I received his secretary who told me she had given Mr. Mays all of my messages but he was on vacation and wouldn't be back until a certain date and she was s...ure he'd call me as soon as he was able.
