Current probate practice consists largely of litigation in the Orphans' Court involving abuse of fiduciary duties including estate administration, negligent trust administration, will contests and abuse of authority. Current practice also includes general probate and estate administration.

Former Special Counsel to the City of Reading, self-insured plan for 20 years. Defense counsel services to self-insured employers from all areas. Past work on behalf of claimants includes work for over 100 United Steelworker employees at DANA Corp. as well as numerous employees of East Penn Manufacturing, Reading Hospital, General Battery, numerous employers in the construction industry, trucking companies and paper box employers in the area.
