Rebecca Ann Smith

I initially retained Rebecca for help with custody arrangements and as hard as that is, she made it as simple as possible which ended up leaving both parties as happy as possible (when it comes to custody). The decision was a very fair compromise, which is exactly what I looked for. She was extreme...ly kind, asking how I was and all the while letting me know that although it was hard, it was the right decision. When you meet her, you know that she is remarkably experienced and knowledgeable but extremely down to earth and easy to talk to. When I retained her a second time regarding a real estate issue with my ex, again she exceeded my expectations. What I wanted, wasn't really in my best interest, and although I don't think she completely agree with my efforts; she respected my wishes, and understood where I was coming from. Rebecca ended up putting together a deal that actually ended up benefiting both parties which again, is what I wanted. You never want to go to court, but if you have to, Rebecca is the best resource you could ask for.
