The money is yours. You have to take care of the loan; it's not a lease vehicle, so drive on.

Ask them to pay citing MGL 93A. Then file a complaint with the state AG's office and with whoever licenses repair shops in Mass.

They are yours to do with as you wish. If you were repaid for them then you might have to rebate the insurance company.
