I lead a team of human resource consultants with more than 200 years of collective HR consulting experience.  We proudly serve organizations of all sizes in industries including manufacturing, agriculture, finance, education, hospitality and services in fulfilling their human resource needs.  We provide on-site HR, and/or remote counseling on subjects such as recruiting and hiring, employee relations, employee handbook and policy development, strategic planning,, training, administration, disability management with a particular expertise in FMLA, and any other HR service an internal HR department would provide.  I also offer legal counseling to employers, making our consulting practice unique in the Mid-Atlantic market.
