I work for a local Bank handling the consumer and residential mortgage collections. We recently transferred all of our case work to Attorney Haines and could not be happier. We do not have anyone within the Bank who is seasoned at collections and had been using more of a general practice attorney. ... The Bank in general feels much more confident in the way things are not being handled than ever before. Attorney Haines takes the time to explain the process, answer questions and discuss options with us during every step. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and if he cannot answer a question immediately he will research the answer and provide us with the sources of his research. Attorney Haines is also extremely detailed oriented and is following up with the Bank on outstanding matters typically before I even have a chance to inquire.
