Absolutely amazing.

I had 2 previous lawyers who just took my money and didn't care if I saw my kids. Lisa went above and beyond and I ended up with full custody after a long hard road.

Listen to the bad reviews

I was referred by a family member that is a friend of hers for she was known to fight and get things done. First red flag was she didn’t want to meet face to face to discuss any kind of plan, meet me as a person or her I and insisted I TRUST her. We won’t into a custody meeting and she gave me the ru...n down that it would be a low key meeting, have a good chance to get what I’m asking and she would ask me questions I would explain to the custody master why I was there and the second we walk in to the office I see my ex who proceeds to tell me she called him an a**hole before I even met the woman. Ok, whatever, but the second we get in front of the custody master she saw red and went for my ex’s head on a spike. It was not prepared well, she messed up timelines and facts I told her with sloppy notes on a blank piece of paper like she just jotted stuff down real quick and then proceeds to make me look like a bitter b*tch who just wants to rip my ex’s child away. She didn’t ask me a single question, she refused to let me talk at all while my ex got to explain his side and his lawyer was amazing. After the meeting was said and done and she killed any chance of coming to an agreement to avoid court, she devised a plan to blackmail my ex with child support. Sick idea which I wanted to part of. On top of all that I wrote an email explaining how I felt misrepresented, I cried at the meeting and she lied about everything and just went off the rails so I wanted answers. She then emailed me back stating she only read one sentence of my email, drug my ex’s lawyer into our business and then told me maybe I should get a new attorney and left me high and dry to deal with an unresolved divorce and custody case. my money down the drain on an arrogant rude angry woman who has no regard for anything her clients want when they pay her. Don’t hire her. She’s the worst person and most unprofessional person I’ve ever worked with. Waste of money.

Nope, never, no way.

I had been warned about her, and the online reviews did concern me a bit. But I decided I wanted to hire someone who would play nasty and who would "win". It was a foolish mistake. She creates mountains out of molehills and EVERYTHING turns into a major battle, which is incredibly stressful and ta...kes over your life. It also costs a lot of your hard earned money. If you expect a relatively quick, amicable divorce, want to retain most of your assets, and have a somewhat civil co-existence with your ex, Lisa is not the attorney you want to hire.

She will drain your wallet and give your ex what's left.

Lisa is absolutely terrible. She tried to get me aggravated so that I would fight with my ex in court. When I refused to do that she just allowed the case to ride out well over two years. She never pushed my ex to settle. She tried to get me to give things to my ex and she wasn't even entitled to or ...asking for. After she drained me of almost 10 grand, she tried to tell me I should give my ex $10,000 to settle it. We ended up taking our case to a masters hearing. My ex presented an agreeable settlement, thank god Lisa did have any imput into it. Athe the end of the hearing the judge asked if we should split the cost of the Masters hearing ($500) that I paid for. She says no that's okay. Ugh
