OUTCOME: DUI Dismissed

I had a client go into a ditch one evening, but he and his buddy pulled the vehicle out of the ditch. An officer saw a trail of fluids and a few parts and followed it to his house, where he found my c ... lient having a beer with his friend. The officer arrested him for DUI, even though he did not observe any driving and my client's buddy advised the officer they drank when they got back to the house.
