OUTCOME: The Court granted the mother permission to move.
I represented a mother who wanted to move to a different state for a better job opportunity, but her ex would not agree to let her. We went to trial on this issue.
OUTCOME:
Father filed for divorce against mother (my client). Father asked for full custody of the child. At the trial, we convinced the judge that the child should stay in the mother's primary custody, with ... father having parenting time every other weekend.
OUTCOME: She was granted a divorce and the amount of money he owed her in full.
I represented a woman pro bono in her divorce from her husband, who was incarcerated. He owed her hundreds of dollars.
