I answered the civil suit filed bt District Attorney and requested return of money in hearing to which DA disagreed and refused stating I should use replevin bond. I filed replevin bond and motion to dissolve writ of sequestration of funds. DA non-suited the case and returned the money that same day. My client is brother to NFL running back Adrian Peterson.
