Obtained dismissal of all claims for my client in a case alleging discrimination and retaliation under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. In granting my client's motion for summary judgment, t ... he court found that the company articulated a legitimate, non-discriminatory reason for the adverse employment action and that the plaintiff could not establish pretext. This ruling was affirmed on appeal.
