OUTCOME: DWI Case Dismissed

I represented a client charged with the criminal offense of Driving While Intoxicated. The client was involved in an accident with another motorist and had failed the standardized field sobriety tests ... conducted by the arresting officer. The toxicology report revealed client had a blood alcohol concentration of a .21 BAC level. I conducted a pre-trial hearing where the blood was suppressed because of lack of probable cause in the search warrant to draw client's blood.

OUTCOME: Not Guilty in a Jury Trial

I represented a client charged with the offense of Assault involving Family Violence. The prosecutors presented evidence in the form of 911 tapes, 911 operator, photos of the incident, and live testim ... ony from the arresting officer. I spent a considerable amount of time in cross-examining the arresting officer that he finally admitted to deviating from police protocol and his training as a police officer during his investigation of my client. The jury returned a verdict of Not Guilty after only 5 minutes of deliberation.
