Biography
i have vast experience in criminal law. I served as a Montgomery County Assistant District Attorney where I prosecuted felony cases, sex crimes, and a number of notable white collar cases. I worked closely with the Montgomery County Detective Bureau on verticle prosecutions personally assigned to me by the District Attorney and First Assistant District Attorney. My private practice of law began in 1989, when I joined my father and brother and was later joined by my step-mother in our family owned law firm in western Montgomery County. Our firm serves clients in Montgomery, Berks and Chester County cases. During the first 2 years in private practice I served as a part time Public Defender and defended serious criminal cases on a daily basis. I have continued to serve private clients in criminal, civil and estate administration cases from 1989 to the present and I have the broad experience needed to serve my clients well. In serving my clients and their families, I have written countless wills and estate planning documents and have extensive experience in estate administration and personal injury matters.
