OUTCOME: Our client was granted leave of court to relocate

Our client was offered a new job, which would require her to move to another state with her young child. The father was not very involved in the child's life, but objected to the relocation -- even t ... hough Mom was offering to travel back and forth to transport the child to Dad on the same custody schedule. After a 2 day hearing, the Court agreed that the move was going to make Mom's life better and would be in the best interests of the child.
