Client had a 4 year suspended sentence over his head; Judge, DA, and Public defender were all on board with ex ... ecuting the suspended sentence (in other words, Mr. OG was going to prison for four years ... the remaining court hearing was just a formality). Our office was retained at the 11th hour to see if there was anything we could do. We went before the judge and managed to get Mr. OG released the next day.
