OUTCOME: Filed Emergency Motion that resulted in vacating the judgment. Statute of limitations then expired and my client was able to keep his property free and clear of the mortgage and case against him was dismissed.

Retained 2 days prior to a foreclosure sale with a judgment already entered against defendant.
