These cases were brought on behalf of over 60 Hawaii flower growers who claimed that their farms were ruined by a fungicide manufactured by DuPont. The fungicide was known as Benlate. Hundreds of cases ... were brought by farmers across the country and my firm worked with attorney Kevin Malone of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. The cases resulted in settlements of in excess of $225 million nationally and $44 million in Hawaii.
