I came by way of Marty through a friend. A friend who also happens to be a highly respected attorney. What started out as a simple divorce, became a very complicated and highly confrontational matter. Because of the career of my ex, my divorce was literally on the local tv news and in the newspapers.... Marty was skillful in navigating that added dimension to my case. In retrospect, I would not have wanted anyone else representing me other than Marty. He was tactical when needed and he also was very direct and forceful when necessary. Opposing counsel filed well over 40 motions against me (contempt of court, motions for sanctions, etc...). Marty defeated every single motion. Marty routinely steamrolled over opposing counsel in the court room. Despite opposing counsel being from a very large firm and having tremendous resources, he and my ex never stood a chance against Marty. Although my divorce was protracted (because of the other side), I ended up with a majority of the assets, full custody (I am the father) and a generous monthly child support payment.
