William Paul Brogley

William P. Brogley, Esq. focuses his practice in the areas of civil litigation and criminal defense.  Bill represents clients in avoiding and mitigating commercial disputes, employee and employer rights, civil rights, personal injury, real property and estate disputes.

He brings many years of knowledge to the firm from both the public and private sectors. He has experience from the Public Defenders, Federal Defenders Division, Philadelphia and served as judicial intern to the Honorable Jane Cuttler-Greenspan of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. He then joined private practice continuing criminal defense work and gaining extensive experience with civil litigation matters.  Prior to entering law school and while attending college, Bill worked in the Alaskan commercial fishing industry.

Bill was raised in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. He received his B.A. from Evergreen College in Olympia, Washington in 1998 and his J.D. from Temple University in 2003. He was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 2003, the U.S. District Court Eastern District of Pennsylvania in 2004, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in 2004.

Bill has been active with many local charitable organizations, including the Pottstown Rotary Club, Greater Pottstown Watershed Alliance, Phoenixville Area Community Services Resources and the Pottsgrove Soccer Club.  He is also an active member of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Chester County Bar Association.  When not otherwise engaged with family, work and community, he can be found participating in endurance sports or rock climbing.
