Joshua Marc Rudolph

I retained Josh to help with a first offense DUI. I've never been in trouble before and rarely drink, but was stopped and was over the limit. I called Josh based on a recommendation from a friend who dealt with a similar situation. Josh was extremely easy to talk with and reminded me that many people... make mistakes. He laid out exactly what would happen and what I should expect. While this was a rather embarrassing situation- Josh was able to minimize the impact on my family and I am extremely grateful for that. I recommend Josh for DUI or any other criminal defense needs without hesitation.

Mr. Rudolph is the most unprofessional and incompetent attorney I have conducted business with in my entire life. Mr. Rudolph "sells" himself as this "bigshot" defense attorney, however, he is far from it and I wish I came across this site before hiring him because you can see in his bio alone that ...he doesn't even mention his skill set but instead talks about his hobbies. Potential clients please do your due diligence if you are considering hiring Mr. Rudolph because you will regret it the moment you hand over your retainer fee. He is incompetent, makes promises that he can't deliver on, and is extremely unprofessional. I usually don't take the time to write a review but I felt compelled to warn potential clients to do your research on Mr. Rudolph before hiring him as there are numerous attorneys on this site alone whom are better qualified to handle your case. Never did I think that I was going to be in the position that I was with a DUI Conviction, Josh came over to meet with us (me and my parents) and made all of us feel at ease in a very unpleasant situation. He was with me through every step of the process, detailing everything I needed to do to get t...hrough it.
