Back in 2018 I was in a car accident. Having Mr. Durlofsky represent me was the best choice ever. Gregg and his staff members were so Professional, caring , and honest. They would always update me with my case. They treat people like family. It's not that easy to find a very qualified attorney that c...an make you feeel no worries. Attorney is the most unprofessional so-called professional I've ever met in my entire life. We came to him with a workman's comp case that obviously wasn't worth his time. Took our case and I never heard from him again. Over a period of 4 weeks we attempted to contact him to get a status update. Mean...while my family is living in a hotel, can't really put food in refrigerator, my husband's walking on a broken foot and all I'm doing is begging this law office to call me back and simply say there's no news or here's the news. Nothing until we got a letter in the mail that says he's no longer taking our case he said from the very start that it's a peanuts case and made it seem as though itt wasn't worth his time but when you are a middle to low-income family that income is everything certainly not peanuts. Gregg durlofsky doesn't work for the blue collar man or woman unless his gains are going to be significant you're not even worth his time. You're not even worth a phone call.

I hire Mr. Durlofsky a few weeks after I was involved in a roll over accident. I met up with Gregg and explained what happen and he was more than happy to pick up my case. I work on an ambulance for a living and due to this accident it ended that career. I'll constantly call Gregg and explain to his ...front desk that I don't have any income coming in, my bills aren't being paid, Geico isn't paying my loss wages like they were supposed to, and my medical bills were not being paid off. To cut a long story short, I'll call on a Monday and wouldn't hear back from Gregg for almost 2 weeks. Here we are a few months later and my bills are through the roof, my phone is turned off, Moved back into my moms, car insurance can't be paid, and of course my credit is beyond damaged. I hired a new attorney and now Gregg and his office doesn't want to hand over my paperwork. Again this is the worst experience, I turned to Gregg to help me and all he has done is make my life harder and helped destroy whatever I had left. Do yourself the favor and find a different lawyer.
