Would not recommend

I retained this attorney to handle my loved one’s estate as Administratrix, and estate funds were used to pay substantial legal fees from November 2024 through April 2025. Despite those fees, no entry of appearance was filed on my behalf in the Orphans’ Court matter, and I had to prepare and file the... Pennsylvania inheritance tax return myself after it had not been filed. My requests for communication often went unanswered, yet the bills kept coming, including increases in hourly rates that I did not receive advance notice of. After I raised concerns with the Orphans’ Court regarding the administration of the estate, Nego Pile and Pile Law Firm ended their representation of me, as Administratrix, and the Estate, leaving the Estate and myself to complete the estate proceedings on our own For those interested in reviewing the public court record, the matter is docketed as 2024-X3487 in the Montgomery County (Norristown), Pennsylvania Orphans’ Court and remains ongoing.
