Justin P. Lindsey

Justin is a Litigation associate focused on civil litigation and criminal defense throughout eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey making extensive court appearances in multiple counties in Pennsylvania and in New Jersey. Actively engaged in the most current developments, Justin is often sought out to provide advice and guidance related to matters involving premises liability and automobile negligence liability.

Prior to joining the firm, Justin assisted with the preparation for, and conduct of, a criminal trial where the client was charged with 1st degree murder as well as conducting more than 50 preliminary hearings before Commonwealth Judges.

As a 20 year veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Justin had the opportunity to represent his country in a broad range of activities including service in Bosnia, Iraq, and as a Presidential Liaison between the United States and India. Notably, while serving abroad Justin led a special operations mission to rescue and recover a shot down American pilot from within the country of Bosnia and was personally awarded by the Secretary of the Navy for a flawless execution of mission objectives.

Carrying this dedication to service into his current profession, Justin represented clients before the Board of Veterans Appeals; successfully arguing that an inappropriate retroactive application of a rulemaking resulted in a deprivation of procedural due process. As such, the claim was remanded to the regional office for reconsideration.

Through the use of his combined experience, Justin has developed an unwavering dedication to being the most effective advocate possible for those he represents and has consistently achieved positive results in the areas of motor vehicle liability, premises liability, and construction litigation.
