I used Ms. Trongone to file and process my divorce which was recently settled. She provided excellent advice up front and we proceeded into what should have been a fairly simple divorce. My ex and opposing counsel were not forthcoming with any of the documents or information which would have made t...his quick and easy. They stalled and were unresponsive throughout. Ms. Trongone applied the right level of pressure through correspondence, judges orders, etc. to get all the data needed for the support and divorce agreements. She attended the support hearing with me as well as well as a negotiation meeting between my ex and opposing cousel. She did ALL of the discovery and was able to put together an agreement that worked for me and that my ex ultimately accepted (begrudgingly) In this case, opposing counsel was difficult to deal with and had a reputation for delaying and wating until the last minute and then going to trial. We were able to avoid that expensive ordeal and I think ultimately it was Ms. Trongone's handling of the entire file that caused my ex and opposing counsel to just go ahead and settle. She had it all nailed down tight. I would strongly recommend Ms. Trongone for any divorce proceeding you might be contemplating.
