Represented the Plaintiff in a contract case for the sale of goods to an individual and business. Defendant claimed at trial that he was not in the country at the time the goods were delivered. After ... he admitted that his agents operated a business there, Court entered judgment in favor of Plaintiff and against individual Defendant. Court had earlier entered judgment against corporate Defendant. Court further assessed attorney's fees pursuant to the contract agreement between the parties in favor of Plaintiff. Plaintiff has begun judgment enforcement proceedings and sought further attorney's fees pursuant to the parties' contract. Ruling is pending on those issues.
